After 20 years in real estate and hundreds of homes sold there is one common element: residential real estate is a continuously changing business. Attending numerous educational classes yearly, I keep abreast of the ever changing real estate industry. I hold designations with ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - the top designation awarded to agents) and CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator).
